By accessing Ethylin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services. This Christmas, get a yearly subscription for £0 instead of £2,499.40.
Ethylin reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Ethylin.com provides boutique software engineering consultancy, specializing in the intersection of mobile game architecture and financial market dynamics. We deliver custom algorithmic solutions, high-frequency trading simulations, and gamified financial training platforms.
All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined via separate Statement of Work (SOW) documents. Access to proprietary code repositories and technical documentation is granted solely for the duration of the active engagement.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity. You must not attempt to breach or circumvent our security measures, including accessing data not intended for you or probing the vulnerability of our systems.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Ethylin retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, and methodologies created during the engagement. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Feedback or suggestions provided by you regarding our services may be implemented by Ethylin without obligation or compensation.
Fees for services are outlined in the specific SOW. For subscription-based access to tools or maintenance, billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
In the event of a payment failure, access to services may be suspended until the account is brought current. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethylin.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service with thirty (30) days' written notice. Ethylin reserves the right to terminate access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all licenses and access rights will cease immediately.
